Healthy weight loss guidance: Body Mass Index (number1)

Some people decide, "I need to follow healthy weight loss program," just by looking at his/her reflection in the mirror. They can just say, I'm too fat, my stomach looks bloated, my neck, arms, legs, even my face, they really looks fat.

But for some others, they do not know whether they should lose weight.  Further, they browse for information on the internet or consult their doctor, about healthy weight loss. They wonder.

"Am I overweight?"
"Am i Obese?"
"Is my ideal body weight?"

Before you get the answer, one thing that you have to know first is, "what is the meaning with ideal body weight and then what is overweight?" How can you measure it?

This question is important, many people are running the healthy weight loss program, but do not know how much weight they should be. Body weight according to sex, body size and their age at the time.
